These terms govern your use of kingdomscribe.co.za and any purchase you make from us. Please read them before ordering.

This website is owned and operated by Kingdom Scribe Publishing, a publishing business based in South Africa.
These details are published in accordance with section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA).
We publish and sell printed books and electronic books (eBooks), together with free and paid companion material such as workbooks, worksheets and printable tools. Each product page describes the title, format, page count, ISBN and price.
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown separately in your basket before you pay.
Payment is processed by Payfast, a licensed South African payment gateway. We do not see, handle or store your card details at any point. Accepted methods include credit and debit cards, Instant EFT, SnapScan, Zapper, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing error before dispatch. If a price is materially wrong, we will contact you and you may cancel the order for a full refund.
An order is an offer to buy. A contract of sale comes into effect only once we have received payment and sent you confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Printed books are delivered within South Africa. eBooks and digital companion material are delivered electronically. Full timeframes and costs are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
You have rights of cancellation and return under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and ECTA. These are explained in full, including the seven-day cooling-off period and how it applies differently to digital products, in our Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy.
All content on this website and in our books — text, cover art, illustrations, workbooks and downloadable tools — is protected by copyright and remains the property of Kingdom Scribe Publishing or the relevant author.
When you buy an eBook or download a companion resource, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read, print and use it for your own purposes, including within your own family, small group or congregation. You may not resell it, republish it, upload it to file-sharing services, or distribute it commercially without our written permission.
Quoting brief passages in reviews, sermons, teaching or articles is welcome, with attribution.
Some resources are offered in exchange for an email address. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. How we handle your details is set out in our Privacy Policy.
If you submit a manuscript through our For Authors page, you confirm that the work is your own and that you have the right to submit it. We treat submissions as confidential and do not share them outside our editorial team. Submitting a manuscript does not create any obligation on either side, and no publishing agreement exists until it is signed in writing.
We aim to keep this website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend or withdraw content, including titles and prices, at any time.
Our books offer pastoral, spiritual and practical guidance. They are not a substitute for professional counselling, medical, legal or financial advice. Where a situation involves risk to safety or health, please seek qualified help.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If something goes wrong, please contact us first — most matters are resolved quickly and in good faith. You also have the right to refer a complaint to the National Consumer Commission.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
